Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Version 2 — X-System Monitor

When you buy X-System Monitor you receive a personal license to use it, not ownership of the program.
Each key works on 1 computer at a time. To use it on another computer, authorize the transfer in "My account" on the website; the previous computer loses access.
Up to 3 computer changes are allowed every 30 days. Formatting the PC or replacing a part does not count as a change.
The program checks the license over the internet when it opens and periodically. Without internet, it works for up to 24 hours since the last check.
Updates are free.

Sharing, selling, renting or publishing your key.
Copying, modifying, decompiling or trying to bypass the protection and the license check.
Using the program for illegal purposes.
Violating these terms may lead to the key being blocked, without a refund.

Stress tests push the computer to its limit (temperature and power). The program has automatic protections, but you use them at your own risk.
Don't leave tests running unattended. Faulty or poorly cooled computers may shut down or freeze.
Power and FPS measurements are estimates and may vary depending on the hardware.

The certificate shows the condition of the computer only on the date and time of the test. It does not guarantee that the computer will keep working afterwards.
Parts can be swapped after the test. To buy safely, run the check at the time of purchase, in front of you, before paying.
The test is automatic and run by the computer being evaluated. It does not replace an evaluation by a technician and does not detect every defect (for example: faults that only show up sometimes, physical damage, screen, keyboard, ports, sound and the exterior).
X SYSTEM does not sell, broker or guarantee computers evaluated by the checker. The negotiation, payment and warranty are solely the responsibility of the buyer and the seller.
A certificate is only valid if its code or QR code opens its page on x-system.net.br within the validity period. Images that don't open there may have been altered.
The certificate published on the website shows only the parts and the test results, with no name, email or files, and stays available for 30 days.

To check the license, the program sends to the server: the key, the computer name, the processor and graphics card models, the program version and a PC identifier. The parts' serial numbers are scrambled (hashed) before leaving the computer; the server never sees the real numbers.
Sensor readings, FPS, open games, benchmarks and test results stay only on your computer.
The internet test connects to Cloudflare servers to measure speed and packet loss.
Error reports: when the program fails, it may send a technical report (version, Windows and hardware data, and the error description) to help fix it. Sending is optional and only happens with your permission; the report does not include personal data, your license key or serial numbers. You can turn sending off in Settings → Settings → Privacy and sensors.
Your account data (email and computer history) is used only for the license and support, and is not sold or shared. You can request deletion of your data through support.

The program is provided "as is". We do our best for it to work well, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free on all hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from the use of the program.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, including the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
